Which financial institutions are affected by the iai?
As established in Article 3.2 of the Law 19/2016, are affected all institutions Andorran financial required to communicate information entities resident in Andorra and are branches of non-residents located in Andorra.
Financial institutions include both entities tank , organizations custody , institutions, investment and insurance companies specific , particularly insurance companies and organizations operating in the financial system following regulated by Law 7/2013, of 9 May, on the legal regime of the bodies operating in the Andorran financial system and other provisions governing the exercise of financial activities in the Principality of Andorra:
- banks,
- financial investment societies,
- Agencies investment firms,
- portfolio management firms,
- companies managing collective investment in financial assets.
